Galvanising

The galvanising services we offer consist of applying the zinc coating using the electrolytic method, giving us a high quality and variety of coatings applied.

We offer galvainising in colors below:

• yellow
• blue
• white
• black
• olive

The main purpose of galvanising is long-lasting corrosion protection giving galvanised parts an excellent appearance. Maximum dimensions of parts to be galvanized 2400x800x800 mm (weight up to 80 kg). For small parts, the desired batch size is 20kg (or multiples). We would like to mention that our services guarantee the corrosion resistance of coatings according to the requirements set out by the Polish Standards and DIN. We measure the thickness of coatings using non-destructive methods and also determine adhesion to the substrate. We carry out corrosion resistance measurements in accordance with DIN requirements.

Blueing

The blackening service we offer is a great way of preserving whether it be machine parts, keys or other parts that require maintenance. Maximum part dimensions: 1800x600x600 mm (weight up to 80 kg).

Sand blasting

Sandblasting gives us the possibility to professionally clean the workpiece from the residue left by heat treatment, to prepare the surface for galvanising, painting or welding. The sandblasting process is adapted to the requirements of the European Union, as it is highly ecological. Maximum part dimensions: 2000x750x500 mm.

 

Technical chrome plating

Technical chromium plating, which in addition to high aesthetics, guarantees good protection against corrosion and hardening of the part’s coating. Chrome plating makes it possible to recondition metal parts such as: shafts, piston rods, etc. Maximum part dimensions are: 1600x500x400 mm (weight up to 80kg).

Electropolishing

Electropolishing has the same effect, if not much better, than mechanical cleaning, because electropolishing produces a uniform surface that is also perfectly polished. Maximum part dimensions: 1700x800x600 mm.
